Blues Byron W/ Ronnie Waters - trumpet;  Jimmy Wood - piano &   Jeff Stabley - drums

This is a blues written by Ronnie from a day of recording  at Jims' house. Engineered by  Jim Easton

  Like Someone: W/ Andy Roberts

This file is a whole song which is part of an hour of continuous music. This was Andy's idea for his recital. We interspersed compositional pieces, Andy's beautiful originals, with each of us having opportunities to do some free, improvised soloing. It was a blast and I look forward to doing it again.

Blue In Green ( Bass & Piano Solos )   W/ Kirk Reese - iano                             Jeff StableyDr                                    ums

This is my solo followed by Kirk's on a Dave Wilson  CD. Kirk, Jeff and I have been playing together as a trio for close to 25 years. They make it easy to love music

.

Red on Red: The Joe Hunt Trio  Steve Rudolph - Piano

This was recorded in Joe's living room by Jim Easton, who did an excellent job. I love the sound of the room. We added no other reverb. This too is a group that I enjoy playing with as there is much interaction between Joe, Steve and I. Joe is very encouraging and has greatly inspired me to be more focused on music again.

Someday My Prince:  Brian Menendez Trio  W/                                                           Keith Javors - Pia

This was recorded using a minidisc recorder. It's not in stereo. It's not studio quality sound. Listen through all that to the music. It is joyful!
